Japanese version is way better. I am not a fan of dubs of shows much less dubs of music IMO the original was better than Miku's version

i liked the dubbed voices just not the singing and some anime sound amazing when there dubbed like "Fruits Basket" it was one of the best ive seen and its dubbed *TIP* - its on Netflix

I try to get my anime legally so I have to deal with it being dubbed when I watch it on netflix sometimes. The reason I don't like it is often the voice actors for the English side have no investment in the series so it is halfhearted and doesn't always fit how it should. Inflection means a lot IMO.

true i have heard some pretty bad voice dubbing for example K-ON not so much as bad its just that the japanese voices are better and cuter Yui's voice in particular was very cute but the dub wasn't and then theres animes that sound horrible dubbed like Squid Girl (Shinryaku! Ika Musume)

speaking of dubs.... Vampire Knight wasn't that bad either

I can't think of the OVA currently but I have seen one where poor dubbing was used for a comedic effect.

I did too. After watching the episodes that are available on CR I read all the manga that has been translated. It was based on a book that wasn't translated in English or else I would probably be reading it right now. Nice and spooky.

speaking of spooky have you seen Shiki its one of the best horror ive seen its a vampire anime that puts others to shame (unless its an ecchi vampire anime )

i have i watched the japanese version but its not that ecchi.... something like the Queens Blade series is what i call echhi that or something like Kiss x Sis <<<< thats border-line ecchi almost hentai but not quite

Eh I'm really not that big a fan of ecchi it doesn't bother me but sometimes it seem like an excuse to draw it

Lol I wish I could draw too, If I made an anime/manga it would be little more than disjointed stick figures. I haven't watched any romance genera anime. Koi Kaze looks like it is a very screwed up story... looks like they took a page from the Taboo pr0n series
