I'm hesitant of making the front page a massive list of links to every possible sub-page. It'd get very cluttered. And besides, that's what the index page is for. Sideloading can quickly be found beneath the intuitive "Applications: Obtaining, installing and uninstalling" section. Someone can also just type "sideload" or "sideloading" into the search box and it'll come right up.
