Help Annoying Red Rectangling of DOOOOOMMM!!!!!!

So i just got my new baby today and im tinkering with it just like everybody else: installing favorite apps, checking out new features and what not. But some how someway this red rectangle started popping up around the edge of the screen at random and i can't seem to figure out why. I tried rebooting but that doesn't seem to work. Someone Please Help

I'm pretty sure that is a developer setting....

You probably checked something under the enable strict mode or anything below that.

lol i am pleased to reply i did a factory reset and rectangle went away. Glad it happened on the first day so i didn't lose anything by doing the reset
