Root Another Root Loop problem.

Well did you sync your contacts through google account?I assume you did not through backup assist since you were on apex which I believe does not have it as a system app ,,,,,reroot reinstall bootstrap and make a backup then try to restore one of your old ones and see if it works

OK, I just didn't finish setting up my gmail account because I was trying to get wifi up, contacts back.

Ok now that we don't need to pull data for contacts from one of your old backups I would strongly suggest deleting them and then making a new one and then start fresh with your rom

The two in the clockwork file? Are there any in the Titanium file, a lot of stuff in there?

Yes the ones in clockwork and all user data etc in titanium ,,,,since we never found out what caused your issue it would be best to start totally fresh so get rid of it all then make a new backup before flashing any roms or anything (backup of your stock root rom).

Deleted the back ups for clockwork and everything in the titanium file. Still uploading my apps, seems I need to click on the app to kick in the reload.
 
Hmmm, my extended battery doesn't seem to work anymore. I wonder if that was the cause of it all.

I am now rooted again.

Your extended batt won't work??this is vey odd ,,,make sure it's charged and keep us posted on any issues that arise ,,,you may have faulty hardware
