Root antrax setcpu settings?

just curious what setcpu settings work for you guys? I'm using interactiveX 998/245

its the settings I always use and I've almost always had great battery life. I'm on mikg and anthrax and sitting at 14 hours and 75% right now. With tommys classic and aggressive freedom I can get 3.5 days.

omg....O_O light, moderate, heavy, power hungry user? lol
 
Most would probably describe me as a light user.

I use the phone for texting, a few short phone calls (2-3 phone calls <10mins each), navigation when required, music sometimes, and web surfing.

Mizz likes to go by screen on time. I'm at 5 hours and 36 minutes of awake time.
 
just flashed in anthrax...aggressive freedom didnt seem to be doing much for my phone. going to start at 245/998 smartass, then try to push to 128/1113 (phone let me w/ agressive)

I track both but screen time is obviously huge.
