I use to use to use free music downloaded before I un rooted to return my phone for replacement. Now when I search its no longer in the market. Anyone have a suggestion of what to use now or maybe the apk for fmd. Thanks

If you want to pirate stuff there are better forums for you out there. I'm sure you could find your fill of info using some sort of website that crawls the internet indexing lots of useless things waiting for a helpless lost soul to request a small portion of that info because they feel they are entitled to get things for free while ripping off the people who use that to make a living.

I provided you a legal way to get music at a low price, sometime even free, and you would rather steal the music from the bands you enjoy...way to show support for those who entertain you.

PM me ur email or something and I can help ya. As for arguing that free music is "naughty", that's so 2000. I guess they're just a better person than we.

Its not like I cant find free music online. I just found it convenient to use an app on my phone when not near my laptop and thinking of a particular song. I have bought my share of music but I am also not one of those people who spends more then half their income on new music. So stop hating and let me be please.

Think you can probably search it on google and there should be some links to .apk's you can visit from your phone.

I have googled and so far no luck. Its almost as if freemusicdownloader vanished from the internet. I do have one hope left though. Once my new phone comes from fed ex I'm gonna root again and use titanium backup to install it. I think that should work as planned.

I still have the app on my phone but it no longet seems to be working. At least not today when I tried it. Couldn't find any songs; just searches until it brings up a network error message.

I use MP3 Music Downloader

edit: I see that it's no longer on the market. The web based market says it's incompatible with all my devices, yet it's installed on all of them haha go figure

MP3 Downloader isn't available on the market anymore but I also still have it on my phone, however the only way for me to play the files now is to use the included player. Android native player can't find the song and I can't find the songs on the phone or SD card.. I also tried using the phones native search option, as sometimes it helps by locating files when I'm incapable of remembering where they are.. phone CANT find them...but boot up mp3 download, access the library and there they are ..long press to play.. weird... Also I've seen licensing pop ups in the drop down menu they're so quick , I havent been able to read what they actually say...

in terms of downloaders, i think google my have stepped in. playback is another thing. strange. i don't think google would go that far, but it's possible i guess

People who don't steal are better people than people who steal. That should be obvious.

I have no problem playing the songs I've downloaded with MP3 Downloader in the Google music app, which is my default music player until Google decides to release their code so developers can implement it into their apps

I'm guessing the pop ups say something about a DRM issue.
