I don't have any magnification on my AR so I'd been thinking it would be nice to have a spotting scope to see if/where I'm hitting the target downrange. This should be adequate overkill.

It didn't look like it could mount on rails but it would definitely be a ridiculously cool spotting scope as @codesplice suggested.

Bonus shot of the eclipse last night - could have been better with a tripod but the moon was directly overhead so that would have been tough to pull of. As is, I'm pretty pleased for a handheld shot with my phone while shivering.

I'm needing a new (bigger lol) gun belt and was looking at the infinite adjustment type belts.

I'm unfamiliar with the belt you link. It looks legit. That infinitely adjustable would be ideal if it holds up and doesn't slip. Being as it's sold as a gun belt I would think that it's constructed well and designed not to sag over time. I use a standard gun belt with traditional holes for sizing. It's twice as thick as a normal belt to insure there is no sag. I'm very happy with it and it's served me well for many years now. However, there are times I would like it a bit tighter or a bit more loose but the next hole is too much adjustment.

Yeah, that's my concern....the slip or skip as it wears over time.

I know of nobody that's sporting one. That doesn't make it a bad item. It may be a fairly new item and that's why I've not seen someone bragging it up or complaining about it. Wish I could be of some help.

Yeah, I wear a traditional double-thick leather gun belt like @olbriar describes. I've had it for years and it's still in great shape. No experience with something like the one you're looking at.
