The support person at the Verizon store looked at the update schedule for October and said that there was no Lucid software update on it.

jhcii, where did you find that pdf? I used the LG tool, but didn't turn up any downloads at all.
But I would encourage anyone if they are having issues to report them and not just live with it. Maybe if we get enough incidents together, they may decide to do something (i.e. replacements or an upgrade).Yeah, looking at that pdf, it's gotta be coming out soon.
