Any suggestions for headphone (3.5MM) -> Headset Mic -> Headphone (3.5MM)

I am looking for a simple and cheap mic adapter for my LG Ally. I was thinking of something like the iTouch situation, where i can say like answer phone, call "so-and-so" next song, pause, ect.
