Anyone cracked / scratched their screen yet?

just wondering if anyone has a scratch or two on their epic screen? i'm still going naked with mine since launch day, have been pretty careful with it, but nothing more different than with prior phones.

phone goes into pocket with screen facing in. when there's too much smudges i wipe it against clean soft part of shirt (as opposed to my eye glasses, where i use a specific cotton cloth.)

Nope no scratches. Not planning on using a screen protector either. I have the black case 19.99 from sprint and its absolutley amazing. Id recommend if your still in the market for a case.

I was gonna say pretty much the same things: no scratches, using the sprint case (it has no screen protector). Oh and it has an invisible tether to my brain - I know where it is all the time.
 
I been using my phone completely naked since I bought it on launch not a single scratch on the screen
 
I saw a post the other day about someone with a scratched screen.

Gorilla glass or not. Glass is glass and can be scratched. Gorilla glass is just a little (ok... a lot) more scratch resistant.

Yeah, agree it's still glass, I don't toss it around and keep sharp objects away.
 
Well it might be scratch resistent, but it's not crack resistent. 3ft drop from counter to tile floor. Full left to right crack with more cracks near the impact area. 1st phone in about 15yrs I've ever cracked a screen on. It was a slip off the counter. Thought it was just shmootz from the floor at first, but no....so peeved.
 
I have an inch-long scratch on my glass. Or possibly it's a crack. It's thinner than hair-thin, but noticeable. Not sure where it came from; I don't use a screen protector, and am careful, but not anal about the phone.
 
mine has a really little scratch in the mddle of the screen its had to see but its there.
but that how it came out of the box on lunch day. Weird
 
I have one tiny scratch down by my menu softkey; I have no idea how that got there.

I have my ears stretched though, and 2G metal plugs. There are definitely very fine scratches near where my ear contacted the phone from them.

Noooooo...hope you have insurance. I called yesterday to add sprint's insurance.
 
My sister ran over her epic..The case and the battery and cover came off..and somehow the sd card came out so she lost the sd card since it was night time..As far as the epic ..not even a scratch on it:eek: Lucky her:cool:
 
"Gorilla" glass or no, I'm not taking chances. I put the realook screen protector on and haven't regretted it for a second--I already have scratches on it from my busy pocket full of objects, but I don't care, because I can replace the screen protector easily. :D
 
No scratches for me either.

But then again, as soon as I took off the Sprint plastic that was on the screen I put in the Phantomskinz Matte. Which I have to say is very nice. I like it because there are 0 fingerprints on it! That feel kinda goes away, but I have 0 bubbles on it, and it looks AND feels pretty damn good.
 
No scratches or cracks at all. Had it since launch day. Only have the 2 piece case on it from Radio Shack, which has actually held up quite well also.
 
No scratches on mine. Had the Sprint case, no protector since launch. I always try to keep it in my shirt pocket to avoid scratches and such.
