Root Anyone else Experience this?

every now & then, when receive a phone & answer the call, the phone will answer the call, but i will still hear the phone ringing in the headset or speaker. will just keep ringing & ringing while on a call... doesn't happen all the time but every now & then it will do it again, & i will have to call the person back or reboot. than works fine..

anyone else have this prob or is it just my phone is on ****** mode..

running latest cm7.1.

mine's done that before. I thought it was triggered when the initially beep goes off before the actual ringer and i hit a volume button to mute it quickly. That was the only time it did it to me so far.
 
i also have had this happen once or twice. for me, it was when the 'pre-ring' chirped and i answered it before it started to play my ringtone. it didnt stop until i hung the phone up.
 
Mine has been doing the exact same thing almost constantly for a couple of weeks now. There are also times that it seems to get confused between ringtones too. It'll start playing the one that I made (Against the Wind by Bob Seger), and then it mixes in a little bit of a Rage Against the Machine ringtone that I made...

No you don't... lol!!!! Mine reminds me of that old movie Cybil because of it having split personalities. I kind of think it's picked up my ex g.f. habits.....Lol!!!!! It's getting ready to go through a serious overhaul pretty soon to fix it too.
 
This happens from time to time. It seems to only occur (for me) when I answer the phone right as the call comes in. Try waiting a second then answering.

It doesn't matter if I wait or not... I've got the Boost ringtone mixmaster edition Prevail. LMAO!!!!! There's nothing like having a good Led Zeppelin ringtone mixing with the theme from Spongebob Squarepants.( only on my phone because of my daughter... LOL!!!!!!)

Actually it's a mix of Ramble On and SpongeBob... The other is Bob Seger and Rage. LMAO!!!! Just as soon as I get my dual boot Windows/Ubuntu setup going smoothly I'll fix it, but in the meantime I'll just live with a phone that has the symptoms of Tourettes.
