Anyone find one in stores?

I just got mine at Radio Shack in store without a preorder in Richfield, MN. I called this morning they said they would hold one for me. They got 4 total in and sold out in under a half hour. I then was able to call virgin and cancel my order from Virgin Mobiles website. I still have not activated it yet. It still says sprint in the upper right hand corner but it has a virgin mobile splash screen.
 
FYI I was still on the $25 dollar plan and as soon as I tried to activate with the swap phones function online it made me choose the $35 dollar plan.
 
You should have got a text message over a month ago that said any phone activated after may will be forced into the new plans. This wasn't a surprise.

I never said it was a surprise, just telling everyone what happens if you didn't already change your plan over.

Sorry, I honestly didn't mean for that to sound as rude as it reads! And after reading it wish I would have just not posted anything. :vroam:
 
Just called my local Best Buy and they said they would have the Evo V in stock tomorrow. I'm going to call tomorrow morning to make sure, and hopefully grab one. I wanted to save $20 by going the RadioShack route, but with my online order seemingly not going anywhere and the local RadioShack stores saying they won't get it in until next week, I just want it in my hands at this point!

what state are you in?

it seems as though the evos are shipping from radioshacks warehouses in texas and maryland. i'm in ct so hopefully they start showing up soon.
 
Yea my local RS in San Diego, the sales guy didn't even know about the VM Evo. Said they get news on Friday/Monday and shipments Wednesday... guess I won't have a new toy for the weekend.

Call your local Best Buys, apparently some are getting stock in tomorrow.
 
Washington here. Just called two near Bestbuy store and they don't know when will it be in store as well.

I'm also in SD and can't find any at BB or RS in Mira Mesa/La Jolla area.:mad:
 
So anyone? or any leads? California specifically I really want this phone lol One bestbuy i called said that its listed as having 5-10 coming in and that they may get them tonight and if its to late they'll have them 1st thing in the morning. But im not so sure about that ima call them tonight to see.
 
Radio Shack near Downtown LA has them in. Sending a friend to get me one in a few instead of waiting after I finish some errands.
