I'm a root noob but when I downloaded AmonRa the boot into recovery menu was different than clockwork.I downloaded amonRA, but don't see it as an app. However in ROM manager I still see the clockwork mod info. Does AmonRa just rewrite itself over clockwork mod and use clockworks settings. How can I tell if amonRA is actually on my phone now. Is the only way going to be to actually boot into recovery?

When I think of Rom Manager, I think of those signs that say "No Lifeguard. Swim at Own Risk!".I just used rom manager with no problems to get cm7.

How did you get all your apps back? What process did you use. Did you put in a new card or reinstall the old one.
