Anyone having problems with Twitter app Peep??

In Command Prompt I get the error -

downloading 'boot.img' ... FAILED (remote: not allow)

Doh, my mistake.... should have realised that you'd have updated with the RUU and therefore ended up with the perfected SPL. :o That method won't work now unfortunately, but luckily you can still use FlashRec. Instructions are here. All you need is the updated flashrec.apk; the recovery.img is the same as the one you've already got.

Again, apologies for the oversight.

Ta taaaaaa!?! Done it :D

Slug, I doth my cap to you.

I've gone with the RA-HERO-v1.2.2 build and now need to try and work out what I actually do with a rooted Hero...................

Chegs.

Right........now it would appear that the VodaPeep thingy-ma-bob doesn't work if it's rooted via SD card

Poo!!

W00t! Very well done, and well persevered.

Ahh, good call. I should've pointed it out but didn't want to confuse the issue even further than I had already.

Careful with that prompt, Eugene.... ;)

Huh? Htf does that make any difference? Grrr...... lemme have a scour through @MoDaCo and xda-developers to see if there's light at the end of the tunnel. Or you could ditch Peep (for now anyway) and see if another client works.... I've taken a liking to I Tweet and Twidget Lite lately.

Can anyone please give me some guidance on the VodaPeep work around.
1) Do I need to be rooted?
2) If not, the VodaPeep instructions don't work for me on Vista.
3) HELP!

Thanks

Apologies, found a dummies guide on another thread!
