as a final thought, I really hope that samsung/verizon understands and appreciates the importance of the internet forums. As much as companies are hesitant to acknowledge/accept that forums exist and that they can really help, I think that in this case the forums have TREMENDOUSLY helped both us as the consumer and samsung/verizon as the provider. Without forums like this one and androidcentral we would be left to rely on the horrid cs reps from verizon which do nothing but waste our time.
So here's a message samsung/verizon: Embrace the online community who share valuable inforation about your products/services. Like it or not, they're here to stay and I for one would probably be raising MUCH more fuss about the horrible issues I've had if it weren't for the help/sympathy found on the forums.
