Root Anyone having this #2 issue....

I hit power off in the power menu and the phone reboots. It asks me off i am sure like it's supposed too but it reboots.

But if i power off through ROM toolbox it will power off as normal. Very strange.

Thoughts? Advice? Death threats?

Every time. Not a fresh flash. Could have been happening for a long time but i just noticed it as i never use power off

My #2 is fine.. :D is it the base theme on there? Think I recall people having issues with themes breaking the power mod..

I put my theme on there but I kept the #2 files that affect the power menu.

It doesn't matter i just thought it was weird.
 
I'm running stock #2 2.1 and have the problem :( I don't have any themes or anything.
I never really shut it off, just reboot a lot. It's not too much of a problem for me as the workaround is just reboot to cwm and power off from there. It seems like I've always had the problem. Maybe our phones are messed up fuzzy!! D:

Not likely the cause but do you have poweroff.apk deleted? I wonder if that's it?
 
Just re flashed #2 without my theme. Works fine. Flashing my theme now.

I bet it's the poweroff.apk. I delete that bitch everytime but never do I "power off" my phone.

Funny thing is I've been deleting it since i rooted the phone. Up until now i guess i never used the power off function. Haha

I thought it was just the animation. I didn't know it would actually take away "power off". Lol
 
Only issue i have had is that my music player wont read my music. I have to go into astro and play it from there, which is not convenient at all.

I would suggest sharing that in the #2 thread or PMing Ldrifta and let him know about it.
