to all the people who have a problem with getting it replaced over the phone; just take it back to a sprint store, and if they dont exchange it, tell them to cancel your account
Sprint gives you 30 day satisfaction guarantee; if you arent satisfied, then dump them
Its very easy to do...trust me, if its between a cancellation and a replacement, you'll get a replacement
Starting to become a major problem here. All 9 that I have ordered now are showing signs. Going to wait for the 3rd or 4 th run before exchaning them. To those that think you have to threaten to get them replaced, calm down. You can get it replace anytime in the next 12 months.

Just got off the phone with sprint and they said they can't do an exchange without charging me because the warranty doesn cover physical defects, unbelievable.
I suggest you take your Innocase off (or don't and live in bliss) and look at your phone at an angle to see how the glass sits inside the "casing". Does one side seem a little more higher than the other? Forget the give so much as the actual imbalance. If not, then throw your Innocase and NEVER check it again.
