A picture is truly worth a thousand words...PROBLEM SOLVED. I think even if you get a replacement EVO, it will most likely, in time, exhibit the loose bottom screen because of the poor design/choice in the adhesive at the lower left section of the screen.

How long is the warranty for this issue? If it starts happening after 90 days, can ya'll get the problem fixed for free?
What makes you guys think HTC will fix the problem? They never did anything with the Hero. I went through a bunch of those and they all had the dust issue. It asn't like a couple of particles it was was a lot of dust that would get under the screen. I can see this happening to the Evo also. For some reason Htc doesn't know how to seal a screen. Between that and the grounding problem, I guess I'll save my upgrade for the next thing.

I purchased mine through Wirefly.com. They cover it for the first 30 days and then I am sacrificed to the Sprint lions. Obviously I am not going to replace it via Wirefly because I don't trust the current production run.
I do have TEP. Does this only include insurance, or does it also add a year of extended warranty?
If at anytime between 31 and 365 days I need to exchange it over this issue, how will the replacement be handled? Will they attempt to fix it in the store/give me a new one right away? Or will Sprint require it to be sent to HTC? Does the TEP factor into the decision at all?
No insurance is required. So, what's the story here?
I purchased this through Radio Shack?
What options do I have? I don't want to read the entire thread.
By the way, mine is perfect.
But in 2 months? 6 months from now?
