Root Anyone try netarchy-toastmod-4.2.2-cfs?

Here are the release notes from XDA:

Notes for Revision 4.2.2
- Kernel updated to 2.6.32.27
- Conservative set as default governor again
- Conservative governor defaults tweaked
- Less aggressive build has even more relaxed undervolting to aid those with REALLY picky phones

hrmmmm...maybe not then... if all they did was scale everything back. my phone seems to like it EXTREME!!!!! lol

Lol, you and me both. I can run aggressive HAVS overclocked with no stability issues. Though, it doesn't sound like more aggressive HAVS was changed - only less aggressive. That being said, I only use the smartass governor, so it doesn't look like I'd gain much from this update. I'll wait until there's a bigger update. My phone is working fine right now.

LOL. Here's some info from netarchy explaining why he went with the conservative profile for this build:

The main issue I'm still wrestling with regarding the smartass governor, is that while smartass idles wonderfully, it has a tendency to eat a lot of battery during active use.

Conservative tends to be nicer to the battery during active use, but can benefit a bit from having a setcpu screen off profile to get the most power saving during idle (not that it rapes the battery during screen off mind you).

Yeah, I saw that. My phone was kind of laggy with the conservative governor, so I don't usually use it.

I am using my stock battery right now...and definitely see 4.2.1 chewing through battery pretty quickly

I didn't notice on the extended battery though

Im using 4.2.2 as part of the abc kernel. Gotta say I like this a lot better. Im using one with havs and I don't have the screen issues like I did before with netarchy kernels. It definitely feels snappier and doesn't lag when unlocking or waking my phone.
