Will, go to the Google sign in screen and see if you have what looks like gaps in the writing where the Google T&Cs are? And also on the same page, look at the 'title' of the sign in screen - is this black text on a very dark grey background?

If so, that's the colour issues I'm on about which are stopping me using it

The background should be white, and there is text which we can't see in that black space at the bottom. But that is an issue I get with all GB Roms. GV, Oxygen, Stock its all got that problem. I can cope, I don't use the app that often.

If you go to add a new Google account and you're given the screen to enter your username/password - that screen

Tried it out for a few hours and couldn't get on with it. I don't like having to have all my app's icons on the home screens.

I even tried shoving them in folders but it was just as annoying.

Install LauncherPro (or another Launcher) and you're good to go
