Root AOSP Hot spot and tether ?

Just nandroided back to Decks and realized there is no hacked hot spot so Im assuming that is a sense feature only. Is there an app for the hot spot for AOSP and if there is what does everyone recomend and how about tethering?

there should be one for aosp especially decks. it is not the sprint one but it does have it. it should be in the cm settings.
