Im not sure if Im in the right place but does anyone know If the Apex 1.3 boot screen has been turned into a live wallpaper?

Wow! I never actually thought about it as a lwp but that would be sexy! Id definitely sport that. Im assuming your talking about the glistening "android" right?
Ok devs Who can make this happen?!?! Please?!
