Root Apex Data Throttle Hack

[MCPO117]

Does anyone have this file they can load. I tried the link on this page [MOD] Uncapped Data/No Throttle for Apex 1.3/1.31 and Stock Deodexed 2.2.1 only but it says its not found. I would really like to try this but i can't seem to find the file any where on the web. Would someone be able to help a brother out?

I don't know I installed it. I use wifi so much that I hardly ever get close to 1 gb, even.
