app to use volume to wake screen?

with the phone being so big its kind of awkward waking the screen on with the power button. is there any app that lets you use the volume buttons instead, i remember i used to have a phone that did this.

I did a lot of searching for this when the power button on my wife's Nexus S quit working. I couldn't find any.

The only solution I could find was to use a custom ROM that has that feature (CM10)
