Help apps wont' auto update anymore

i have to manual update everything when i clearly checked allow automatically update

Some updates can't be done automatically - these usually have (update manually) against their name in the list though, so should be easily recognised.

no mine just says update, not update manually
and some of it won't even manual update when i click on update
it just keeps on loading forever i guess that's why it coudln't auto update

Yeah I get them all the time. Go into market, press menu, my apps then update all or one at a time, whatever you fancy.

Do you have auto sync turned on?

Just had a look at my market, there's 2 sub headings update and manual update. Anything under update you can press and then tick the auto update box.

yea i did
all my apps set to auto update but i think only google related app will auto update. rest i have to manual update even tho it dons't say manual

Its not really a problem for me, the only ones that don't auto update are the ones under manual update or the apps that I've not ticked to update automatically. Everything where I've ticked the allow automatic update box works fine. Although to be honest I don't like setting too many apps to this as I like to know what changes have been made.

Nope, I had an auto update to Titanium Backup earlier this week. That and a couple of the core Google apps are all I allow to auto-update; anything else waits until I'm ready.

You obviously have to be connected to the Market for updates to download, which requires 3G or wifi.

The first time you log-in to the Market after an update is published, it should be recognised and downloaded to your handset (if set to auto).

yea i go into market i see 2 updates and they were not manual updates

for example, the google maps and youtube apps will auto update
however, flash player will not auto update even tho it's set to auto update

As I said previously, some apps simply don't/won't auto-update. I suspect Flash Player may be one.

oh i thougth only those taht says manual update won't auto update

i set all my apps to allow auto update and ever since the new market 3.1.5 none of them will auto update when i connect to wifi/3g

i see an option in market setting called notifications
does this have to be unchecked to auto update?

No. That will just stop you getting a notification when updated are available. I don't mean to be funny or anything but all the possible solutions given in you're thread from a couple of days ago didn't seem to help so I can't really see that much has changed now. To be honest it would probably have been butter to post that in your other thread as any solutions are likely to be exactly the same.
