Root apps wont install

This happens on all roms and I also wipe. I can only seem to install apps if the SD card is not inserted. On cm6 when I change the default install place to internal apps atill can't insall

Im sorry if I came off harsh! I re read your OP and realize you changed the app install location trying to trouble shoot the problem. Again sorry if my reply sounds crappy. Didn't mean for that.

Have you tried to clear data from the application settings? That usually helps when people are having problems.

Yes. I might flash a unrooted Tom and bring it in for service
