I recently rooted my Eris, and I'm gonna do it again, but I don't want to have to refind and reinstall all my apps. I would Google it, but, I'm not sure how to word it. Is there any way so that when reinstalling Android, I don't have to redo my apps?

Get Titanium backup from the MArket.

It's free.
It will even backup app data. For example, if you use Swype and have added a bunch of words to the Swype dictionary, when you restore to the new rom, all your words are still there.

Works even better if you get the donate version.
It will reinstall all your apps in about 15 minutes... just let it sit there and it'll take care of it(with the donate version)
The free version you have to click download to every app... so it takes longer.
