Are the alarm problems fixed yet?

Hard to believe. I got an HTC Incredible II a few months ago and all was going great.

Then the alarm just stopped. Can't set it. Can't even get to it. This is a really important function that I don't want a separate app for. Really. How long has this been going on? Over a year? And they can't figure it out.

Rediculous.

Well damn, I was going to get this phone for my fiancee. If the alarm clock is hit or miss though that may be a deal breaker...

Yeah, I understand your frustration. This is one reason I decided to root.

I personally wouldn't make this a deal breaker. If rooting is not an option for you there are lots of great third party alarm clock apps in the market you can use instead of the stock.

Other than the alarm clock issue this is a great phone.

I think that toikko free is the best one, it has never gone out on me like alarm clock plus & extreme alarm clock.

which of the various alarm clock apps have a world clock included? I need that part to work. This has been most frustrating and I wish HTC would fix it!

I've had mine since launch in April and only have had one issue a about a month after I got it (lost my alarm settings). I have not had a single alarm clock issue since.

I use Go Launcher and the clock app is there and works but when I switch back to Sense the clock app is gone! Why?

My alarm clock stopped working a month or two ago. I try it every now and then again to see if it decided to fix itself but it hasn't yet, apparently hoping HTC would put out a fix is wishful thinking.

I d/led a 3rd party one which works fine, but I wish they would just fix it. It is a well known issue.

When I encountered the missing alarm clock issue, a factory reset solved the issue. I have not had an issue since.

I have another issue now, though I'll make a thread for it.

ARRGGGHHHH!

Alarm clock working fine for three months now after a factory reset. Now out of the blue its gone again!!!! I hate factory resets (pain the the you know what). I'll just download an alarm app! Anybody call this one into Verizon lately to see what they say these days about this?

Honestly I have not checked my alarm clock in months since I downloaded "Alarm Clock Xtreme". I use one of my "Fancy Widgets" clock widgets which is pointed to ACX when tapped.

Lol, I guess I spoke too soon. My alarm clock disappeared again yesterday. I've decided not to do a factory reset this time. Too much of a pain setting up stuff all over again. Just downloaded an alarm app from the application.
