Attention Newbies: Do your homework.

While I do see a LOT of clutter, that's not what these forums are for.

These forums are here to help people, not yell at them for something that is already posted in the forum guidelines.


Message an admin if your concerned, don't make a topic.
 
I hate to rain on your rant, but that's what we're all here for. We're here to help newbies. In fact, being rude to newbies will get a person in trouble. Please read forum rules as they bear this out. If anyone has troubles with certain posts, simply don't read them.

I'm hoping this thread remains dignified. If it doesn't I am going to ask the mods to trash it.
 
I will admit, that some posters really need to utilize the search feature more, but this thread serves as "general discussion" and some questions regarding the device may fall into this category.

Even though you posted to vent, some may argue that your intent may lack credibility, similar to your argument regarding the the discussion of "newbies" failing to do some research.

I understand the frustration, but there's no need for this thread.
 
Ok ok, relax everybody. I changed the original post.

I apologize for irritating you guys. I posted that after jumping from like 4 threads in a row that all had different titles but had the same questions in them.

I realize that this forum is to answer questions for newbies and the experienced alike.

I must be hungry, does anyone have a snickers?

Firstly, thank you for changing your OP. I understand your frustration. Moving threads in the wrong section or merging thread that people didn't bother to notice that were the same as other threads is what I do aaaaalllll daaaaaay looooong. :)

You're a gentleman. I'm glad I didn't trash the thread. Uh.. um.... can I please get that snickers now? ;)

I'm sorry Steven, I do see you in the forums all day merging and moving instead of playing with your new toy :)

Thanks for your hard work. At least my rant was kind of like further motivation for you. With all of your moving and merging threads, the frustration levels have plummeted hehe..

I don't have a snickers, but I did have a kit kat lol.
