I have the archos...but I saw this on XDA. Wanted to make sure those who need it see it.

  • Installs SU and Superuser.apk
  • Installs Busybox
  • Installs Softkeys 2.0.2
  • Installs NookColor Tools to enable non-market installs
  • Installs Calendar and Calculator
  • Installs Android Market, GMail, YouTube
  • Enables Multi-Touch for Android apps
  • Enables Live Wallpapers
  • App Auto Install

on his instructions, keep in mind that "/dev/sdcard" really means "/dev/<name of sd card to the computer>", just putting "/dev/sdcard" means nothing
