I have some experience rooting Samsung phones, but I'm not sure how different my Avail 2 is. Anyway, my question is, I have read through some of the other threads about unlocking the Avail Z990 (http://androidforums.com/merit-all-things-root/676258-root-update-zip-root.html), but nothing really solid on the Z992.
Do the Avail Z990 rooting techniques and updates apply to the Z992? I would like some solid advice before I do something stupid.
I apologize if this is in the wrong section or whatnot. I have been reading for hours on multiple forums and have not found anything solid on my Z992. Thanks again for your time.
