Root [Avail] rooting problems

okay so i wanna root my avail but i keep running into problems i tried Anthony's method and i get a error when i put the number in so after the reboot it gives me permission denied, and the su says its read only that's using android sdk. then i tried the other method using just the numbers but i can't seem to get the messages to pop up as described in the post.

any help on these problems would be appreciated

Did you run the OTA update? Run the "T-card" update from ZTE if you did, it should open up the developer codes... What error message are you receiving?

fixed and rooted thanks for the help. for roms like one two or one three can i just install the one i want or do i have to start with a base rom like one one?

Flash the one you want. Each one flashes the same, through CWM.

alright thanks for all your help hopefully it goes good but it should since rooting and getting cwm to work went smooth.
