I would like to thank Scary Alien for helping me out when I first rooted, he showed me all of the useful threads about SetCPU and uninstalling apps. He would usually reply to my questions too! THANK YOU! :D

You are very welcome! What's great about Adrian and many others on AF is that once you learn something, you then share this with others, continuing the cycle. This is another example of where the phrase "awesome" comes in to play.

Frisco's been the "rock" IMHO, if you will, of AF. He's always there with a helpful suggestion, insightful comment, witty remark, lesson-learned, and thought-provoking post or thread. We owe him a debt of gratitude for his continued presence and calming influence. For months before my first post (and still now), I always read his posts with great interest. Thank you, Frisco.

I thought for sure you were just making up words and movie titles ;). I had to Google a couple just to make sure :D.

But seriously, you add so much to these forums and I always look to see if your little green "on-line" light is on. And please tell me that your 4,600 posts! (and counting!) were done on a computer and not from your Eris (wow, wouldn't that be something?). You are indeed, "da man".

Although I'll admit that I haven't been on AF as much since rooting (.:cough:.XDA.:cough:.)...

but I have to say that I've literally been helped by every single one of these AWESOME people and once again would like to say thank you!
 
Everyone is awesome here. When I first decided to go through with rooting I was like a scared little duckling all alone. Luckily lots of folks helped me get through that process as well as some other things that I have needed advice on.

One that has not been mentioned and has helped me on several occasions is thenestor. Great guy and I really appreciate all his help.

+1 ... xx_bishop_xx mentioned him earlier, but he (Nestor) does deserve a second (and now third) mention :).

Haven't seen him around recently, though...did he move on to another phone and/or forum?
