Help Back Up app?

I tried to search this but couldn't it. What is the best back-up app everyone is using to back-up the entire phone and apps?

if you are rooted the i would recommend titanium backup. if not then, mybackup is a good app for that.

Sorry I am unrooted.
I know last year when the EVO just came out that the back up apps were not that good or complete. have they been improved?

Thank you, I was separating the words. This is prob why I couldnt find anything.

FYI, if you are unrooted, any backup app will not backup the app's data, i.e. game saves, settings, etc.
