Root back up flashed phone

my phone is flashed to boost but im trying to get s-off and that will mess up my flash now is there anyways to back up my flashed files and install then later on ? because someone flashed my phone for me and i dont feel like paying then todo it again :/

I could be wrong but I don't think that rooting your phone will wipe out your flash to boost.. Rooting your phone will wipe all data though.. So backup your phone accordingly.

Not sure what you mean by flash files.. And just to be sure can you post what your hboot and radios are?

I also have a Evo flashed to Boost. I actually have two Evos on Boost and one on MetroPCS. Rootig your phone to get S-Off will NOT ness up your flash. Just Las week I got my second Evo on Boost and once done I got S-Off. You can also flash a custom ROM on there without messin up the flash to Boost.

im trying to get s-off with junobear but reset my phone back to all sprint files so i was wondering if i can back up my flashed files ( vm files and such ) some how to restore then later
