Root Backing up Tiger GBA games

I want to try out new ROMS and such, but I want to be able to bring my saved games along. Anyone know ow this can be done?
 
I believe saved games / save states are written to your sdcard. look for a folder like .ltiger on your SD card.

What are you using to browse your SD card contents? Just curious cause 'dotfiles' (files that start with a dot) in linux are hidden and they need to be explicitly listed. I know Explorer / Root Explorer will show dotfiles.
 
They are saved to the SD card, don't know exactly where though. Try out a new ROM and if they didn't move over just restore the nandroid you made before flashing.
