Bad manners in a restaurant

I've spotted several on that list in my life. A couple of those that annoy me the most are the always orders burgers guy and the screaming kids. When my unit went to various ports around the world, it drove me nuts that some people ate at McDonald's or another American chain. Come on, you're in Singapore, try something different... My in-laws can be that way too. They go to the same restaurants and eat the same things.

There's a couple of those we don't tend to get here. The sad solo diner and the cigarette break guy/gal...dining is always extremely social and if someone wants a smoke, they just light up, unless it's KFC. Oh yeh, vegans are a very rare sight indeed, and tip minimisers don't actually exist because gratuities just do not happen, except in American movies.

I am none of those, though I have been the lonely guy on occasion. That said, I always had a book in-hand.

I fall into a couple of those. Lonely guy with no book? yup. Always orders a burger? yup, though I'm changing that.

When you have a stomach that is easily upset you have to or spend the rest of the trip in the bathroom.

My husband is the king of the "Communal Dining Thief" category. It's like, if you WANTED sweet potato fries, why didn't you order YOUR OWN sweet potato fries?
