hes being sarcastic, we/verizon, are doing away with NE2, and annual upgrades. So essentially you get an upgrade every 20months and thats it.

And they still charge inflated monthly rates to pay for the subsidized phones.
Time for real monthly rates and real phone prices.

One year contract pricing is not going away and it lets you upgrade at 10 months.

So what does this change really? It pretty much just makes it like the system was before the current system. I didnt really mind it. Yeah, it was nice to get a new phone after a year on a 2 year contract but If I wanted that bad enough, Id just pay the extra and get a one year contract. No biggie.
