At home...I can't even connect to my network. Wifi works great but I always have to go out of the house to make a call. How's your signal? I love this phone but the signal completely sucks. My iPhone used to get great signal...

talk to your local att store about getting a microcell...push hard enough and they may give you one for free, and possibly credit the monthly fee.
also check out the app network signal info..call in to tech support and see if they can re direct you to another tower.
my friend had this problem. he was right in the center of 3 towers...the phone constantly jumped connection from tower to tower, making it impossible for him to use his phone
