you obviously dont know anything about the process, a secondary move is used for a completely circumstance, to have a touchdown you need to hold onto the ball in the process of being tackled, megatron was being tackled and when he hit the ground the ball popped out. If you watch the reply you can see that his hand collapses as the ball pops out like he was trying to hold on to it. While it is true that the ground cannot cause a fumble, during the process a receiver does not have possession.
