A while back I asked (trumpets) Phases the Administrator for a

button to be provided in all PMs. We have the

button, after all, why not a thanks button for PMs we appreciate?

His response was, "SHUT THE *&^%! UP AND STOP BOTHERING ME OR I'LL RESET ALL YOUR 'THANK YOUS' TO ZERO!!!"

So I won't be asking him about having a thanks button for our own posts. You can if you want to.

As you can see, staff here are chosen primarily because of our amazing ability to stay on topic.

I have to say it was very informative to read all of this. And amusing. It's nice to belong to a site that has a lot of people working very hard to keep it running smoothly. Glad I stumbled on it a year ago.


Side note - I don't think I've ever seen this many red names in one thread. Kinda funny to see mods I didn't even know existed.

I did try to time my request around his participation in the All City Annual Madcap Dominoes Tourney and Kool Aide Guzzling Fest.

I mean, a guy can only handle so much pressure at one time.

When a spammer is banned, all of his posts are deleted as well. It wouldn't make sense to ban a spammer yet still have the spam posts lurking on the forums.

Ahhh that explains it, I just didn't get how someone who hadn't posted anything could be banned, but also why they visited my page. The VIAGRA did make me think spammer though, as I am flooded with shed loads of emails on how to "please my woman" and how to......(this is a family forum isn't it?)........on how to increase the size of a body part that I dont have!!!!!

Haha having spent about 7 years on the SVTPerformance forum, this post really made me laugh. I realize its two different worlds, but I've never seen anything on XDA or AF that really caught me as posters getting pushed around. I guess SVTP has numbed my senses haha.

My heart goes out to you. I've known people with stones and I've known people who've gotten the runs, but I've never known anybody with stones and the runs at the same time.
