Root Battery acting funny..

Ok so the battery stats are acting screwy.. was at 60%.. rebooted at 60ISH after updating Prl (no 4g) .. It dropped to 19%.. Its been slowly crawling back up within the hour.. Up to 22 now.. Only reason I ask is phone has been screwy all day.. Anyone seen this? Had it for about 6 months and this is new to me.. Running #2 and a 1800mah batt from Ebay..

Yes it has happened to me as well. Doesn't happen all the time though. Stock battery

Ive had that happen on rare occasions. I usually will wipe the stats, even though it supposedly does nothing, anyways just because it makes my brain think that I have actually done something to fix the problem.

I belive it has to do with amp draw lowering voltage. C rating of battery must be low.

He does have a point. if draw above the c rating of any lithium pack, usually doesn't result well and could puff up your pack rendering it a ticking smoke bomb

my other hobby is rc cars. have lipo packs as big as the esteem able to deliver over 200amps continuously

actually, a 12000mah will only smoke as much as its charged.....

i got a friend trying to put a 3000mah 10c 3.7v lipo in his connect cause he's had to warranty 2 packs. i told him that wont end well if its overcharged, overdischarged or you fall and accidentally squish/puncher/pinch that pack, much more volatile
