Help battery compared to skyrocket?

hi,
I think I'll switch from skyrocket to note for two reasons, obviously screen is one thing, but battery.

how's the battery life compared to skyrocket?

I made the switch after a week with the skyrocket. Didn't do any 'formal' testing, but I do seem to have ~60-70% after work vs about 45% before. (I'm working pretty easy shifts right now). I have done full days with the note with moderate usage without issues so far (only a week so far).
I'm pretty sure I'll drop this phone, but I'm pretty happy with the switch.

Longest I've been able to get is 10 1/2 hours. And that's with no phone calls but pretty frequent surfing on 4g all throughout the day. I literally took it off the charger at 8:00 AM with 100% and got the 15% low battery warning at 6:37 PM. I can't remember if i had power saving mode on or not. I think i did though.

I'm not complaining though. Like i said that's with heavy surfing. My Evo would have been down to 50% after 2 hours and light surfing. Do some heavy surfing and it would be dead within an hour.

Using it....i am lucky to get 6 hours....i did hit 10 hrs tho Without much use.
So in my case...it lasts half as long as my skyrocket did.

I've had my Note for 2 days now and yesterday I got 15 hours before I plugged it in and when I plugged it in it was around 50%. No joke. I didn't use it too much because I was working all day (bus driver) but that's pretty damn good IMO.

How many cycles did your battery good through?

My skyrocket was dying after 5 hours heavy on and off use. 5 hours on this phone and I'm less than half.

using JuiceDefender now so I should be fine.

Meh...dont let my usage determine your choice.. I am typically using the phone 3x's the average user.

For example...5 hr battery life for me is typically 4-5 hours screen on

^Yeah I offered someone my SR (16gb mSD card, case, screen protector)+$150, for his note lte. He said he'll get back to me today.
pretty good deal for both of us.
