cell standby is very similar to phone idle. however, with cell standby your phone is not one hundred percent idle. it will keep certain things on that may need to run in the background. phone idle is just that, when the phone is not doing anything at all. android system is when you are using the android os which is basically anytime you use the phone.
it is quite normal to have a high cell standby and phone idle if you are not using the phone much. however, if you have a high % of phone idle and cell standby and your battery is drainage is pretty bad then something is wrong.
and the more you use the phone the more android system will be. now if you have not use the phone much and the android system is high then again something is not right.

And I thought I was doing good at 20hrs with 15% left, minimal use. Same batt.
But, different phones, roms/kernels etc...ya know.....
I'm not complaining but your results are sweet
