Battery life?

I am highly considering purchasing this phone. Can you guys tell me how long your battery life lasts? I currently have the HTC Vivid and the batter is horrible. It lasts half a day with normal function.

I just got the phone yesterday after returning a DNA. I got fourteen hours off the charger, six hours of screen on time and still battery to spare. I was in shocked. This thing is the best phone I've had. And I've had a good deal of smart phones...I go about one per year. I can promise you, you'll be happy with this thing. There's so much to love.

I can last 20 hours on my battery before i charge it. I send a few texts, play beach buggy blitz and check my facebook and twitter. This phone has a pretty damn good battery life.

I got my Note 2 a few weeks ago and I adore it. Rarely use my computer unless for business and during the last few weeks I had to use the phone a lot and all day every day and the battery lasted all day. Given it's speed and display, that is incredible.

Rooted with a custom kernel and non-rooted with the stock kernel, amazing battery life. I'm happy I don't need to be tethered to my battery charger all day unlike my evo 4g:p

With the stock battery I can get around 16-18 hours with 6-7 hours of screen time. and that's with bluetooth/gps sync on all day. With my Hyperion 6200mAh extended battery I get around 2 days with 11-13 hours screen time.

People claiming they get about 1.5 days probably have nothing syncing with their phone, and must put it on airplane mode at night + must not have much screen time.

I'm a seriously heavy user, have things syncing all the time on regular intervals. Brightness is maxed out, It's not on power saving mode, I'm running Nova launcher prime, stock touchwiz but rooted so no battery saving ROM... (ROMS are too buggy). And I also browse the web, use lots of different apps + listen to music / watch videos / sometimes play games.

On screen time, I'd say you would get 6 Hours average if you're a heavy user. It certainly does last me all day, and I never go below 30% before I get home.

I also have a spare battery, fully charged just in case I need to do a quick swap. Had my phone for 3 months now, haven't had to use it once.

Regarding battery life; this is the best smart phone I've ever owned bar none. I'm constantly amazed at how much battery time I have remaining. My frame of mind is slowly changing to a place where thoughts of batteries are a thing of the past. It's that terrific.
