Help Battery Problem. Please help me.

Hi,

I had two issues for Note 2.

1. Every night my battery was drain upto 30% when i saw in the morning. No apps was running in the background and I also turned off the mobile data. I don't know why my battery drain upto 30%?

2. USB charging is very slow. Only 10% charge every 1 hour. Is it normal or problem in battery?

So the phone isn't draining at the 30% clip during the day? Or is the 30% drain over a 6-8 hour period? Maybe try a reboot before going to bed, that way this would close out any apps possibly running.

USB charging isn't recommended, I would highly recommend using the charger that came with the phone.
 
USB charge is horrible. Plug it in the wall. If that fails there could be a problem with the connection to the phone, or the battery or anything really. Thank goodness for warranties right?
