Root battery question

I have Myn's Rls5 with Netarchy-Toastmod-4.3-cfs-havs-more-nosbc-universal-signed kernel, which has been amazing for me. I get such great battery life that I'm not sure what to do with the extra % of battery that I have left before I go to bed. By 10pm I have 50% left on my battery. My question is if it is ok for my battery if I charge through the night when it is at 50% and unplug it when I wake the next morning, or, should I bring my charger to work and wait til it is below 10-20% to charge it? I'm loving how my battery is set now, that I do not want to break it.

It will just stop charging when it hits 100% (if not using sbc). When you unplug the phone in the morning, don't be surprised if it drops to ~90% quickly. Otherwise, there's really no harm in it. You might benefit from charging to full, then discharging a little lower (20-30%) once in a while, but otherwise, you can charge at will. Some say you should never let it discharge below 20-30% anyway.
