Root Battery use app

Hello all, I have recently rooted my phone for the first time and I have noticed that the android battery use app (under settings->about phone) is not listing more than 5 or 6 system apps where as back when i was unrooted i could see all apps and how much battery they used.

Is this a bug with my rom or kernel or something else?

I am using bb v.4 and p3's 1.1Ghz SV kernel

edit: i changed to chevy's 1.1 ghz mv kernel and it seems to be showing more things now, but still not some things (like reddit is fun).

Apps wont show up there unless they are using a certain percentage of your battery. I dont know what that percentage is but I think its 1 or 2%. Use an app a lot and it will show up though.

I've noticed the same thing. With p3droid's 1.2 ghz kernel, it showed how much apps have used up the battery. But with his 1.1 and 1.0 kernel, it only shows things like display, phone idle, cell standby, voice calls. No apps. So I think the kernel does have a role.
