I think it depends of if your looking at it as a device or a phone.. As a phone i think the Dx is a little beter because of the 3 mics but -10 for motoblur. As a device i think the graphics processor makes the Fas better and equal to the Dinc.

If Samsung/Verizon would upgrade the phone to 2.2 and get rid of the darn lag this would definitely be the best phone Verizon has. I had an Incredible since it's launch last spring but have recently been toting around my wife's "old" Fascinate. At first I thought I'd be back to my Incredible in no time, but now I'm thinking I'm going to stick with the Fascinate. I just hope 2.2 comes quick...I miss it.

Speaking of Lag lancher Pro seems to help with that 80% of the time and yea 2.2 would make this top Droid and 2.3 would hold that until the LTEs come through

I'm actually using Launcher Pro as my launcher. The lag I am referring to is not launcher lag...or at least I don't see how it could be. For instance, on my Incredible when I opened up the Market app it would come up immediately and all thumbnails were shown in just a second or two...very fast. On the Fascinate I usually see a completely white "Loading" screen for several seconds, then when the list of apps comes up it takes 5-10 seconds for all the thumbnails to show up. I notice this same sort of behavior in other apps too...just general slowness in places.

Please don't get me wrong, I like the Fascinate a lot...I'm giving up my Incredible for it, but it does have lag issues (due to the filesystem it uses, I believe).

The lag is due to the file system Samsung chose to implement. There is a root kernal called voodoo that fixes it.
