Best Apps For Specific Jobs

Hi all,

Can anyone point me to a site or somewhere within this forum that lists the best apps available for each specific thing the Desire can do?

For example: Best Video Player, Best MP3 Player, Best Phonebook, Picture Viewer and best widgets and so on.

And does anyone have screenshots as to how they have there 7 Home screens set up.

I have only just got my Desire, and I could do with a bit of a clue as to how I should get it set up lol.
